i just got off the phone with the director's mother when a gentleman sitting at the lobby computer turned around and said, 'you ever seen one of those?'
i did not know what he was talking about, but soon found out that he was referring to a gas powered remote control car. and no, i had not heard of them. but he has one. and apparently they go fast.
it was a harmless conversation, but he's wearing a muddy camouflaged hat with a rebel flag on it and i just wonder why stereotypes have to come true.
i think it's a sign from the universe that this will be a great day. great day. good times indeed.
